My Back ground
I have always owned animals and loved animals all my life since a little girl. I rasied hamsters as a child and as a teenager I rasied rabbits and domescated rats with a friend. I also rode and trained my horses my family owned, I also showed a couple of our horses in local horse shows. I won first place for color confirmation. But my most favorite thing to do was to go trail riding, my horse was my best friend as a teenager. My mom and dad have always endulged my passion for animals I can say it was passed down from my mom she shares the same passion. I probally drove my parents nuts as a little girl wanting to own animals. Coming from a navy family moving was a part of my life and owning and loving animals made my life more bareable and my parentsknew it so I guess they did'nt mind so muchsince it kept me happy. Moving the animalswith us maybe tested their limits but they did it until my dad retired here in Inyokern. I say thank you mom and dad for having patience with me as a kid thru those trying years.
Why Pet sitting for me?
I love animals and love taking care of them and love owning my own business. Pet sitting just fits for me and my life I have a lot of experience taking care of pets with special needs and major health problems so nothing scares me with pets having cancer or special needs. I have owned pets with cancer and special needs and take great care of them they give so much to me sometimes I feel they give me more than I can ever give them even when I stay up all nite with my pets when they are sick thru the nite. I believe animals live in the here and now and have such strength even when they are sick. The lesson they leave me with is to live in the here and now and live as if its my last day with great joy.
