Here is what my customers are saying...

On this page is some of my customers testimonials about my service:

Charlie and Shanon Bromley writes; As an owner of a dog with severy separation anxiety, along with a dislike of most people, I was initially apprehensive about getting a pet sitter. Ms. Coffland assured me that she has dealt with many different animals with these conditions.  After our first pet sitting experience we came home to our 2 happy dogs, a card detailing the experience, a thank you letter for the business, and a receipt for the services. Our dog with the the separation anxiety did quite well; he did have some accidents, but you would never know because Ms. Coffland took care of everything. The following day Ms. Coffland came to return the key and discussed a plan of action for the next time that she would pet sit. She offered many useful pieces of advice and things that we could do to ease our dogs' anxiety. Our next pet sitting experience went wonderfully. The tips that Ms. Coffland recommended helped tremendously, and we have been extremely satisfied with her services. Ms. Coffland also offers many other services as well. She will pick up mail, water plants, even administer medications if needed. She truly cares about all animals and wants to make them feel as comfortable as possible while the owner is away. All in all, I would have to sat that Dana Coffland is dependable, compassionate, and professional, and efficient. My husband and I give her our fullest recommendation.

Alice & Charles Nolcini writes: I and my husband have used Dana Coffland for the past 6 years we've been here. I don't think we would even trust anyone else with our 2 dogs. Dana is a very caring and nurturing person when it comes to animals. She has always been around animals and takes the time to listen to any special needs or care that your animals would need. Dana does check on the animals often and makes sure they do ther potty stuff and she stays and usually visits for a while with the animals also. We could not have found a better pet person than Dana. If you are considering going on vacation or just taking a day trip or even just overnitght Dand is the one to call. She'll be there to help. Dana is also very trust worthy. There has never been anything taken, even when I leave her money on the counter it was there when we came home. So you'd never have to worry about that either. We hope you choose her when considering someone taking care of your pets.

She provides personal care and detailed accounts of my pet's activities in my absence. Dana has an obvious love of animals and concern for their well being. Dana has always treated my dog and my family with love and kindness. Dana's approach to running her business is professional and courteous. Dana is respectful of my time and returns calls in a timely manner. Dana provides a cofidence for me that my dog and my home are in good hands when I am away. I highly recommend Dana (Loving Hearts Pet Sitting) for employment. She is a reliable, worm and dependable person; I look forward to working with her long into the future.

Becky souza: Dana has been our pet sitter since September 2008 and has always demonstrated the utmost concern for our pets. We rely heavily on her experience and expertise to care for our five cats during our absence. She regularly administers medication and notes any health differences that may have accourred since her previous visit. When appropriate, Dana does not hesitate to contact us if she's concerned about the well-being of one of the kitties or the safety of our home. Dana is extremely reliable and trustworthy and I have recommended her services to many of our friends.

Kelli Cutts: February 26, 2010, I moved to China Lake from the Bay Area for a new job at the baqse. With me came two, 3-year old Great Dane Brothers, Haunz and Leo, their little adopted Mini-Austrian Shephard brother, Rocky (also 3), an Umbrella Cockatoo, Coco, (about 35 I think) a quarter horse who's been with me since 6 months old, now 24, Freddy, a mixced breed horse, 18, shadow, and my son's Tennessee Walking horse, 11, Nash.

While excited about my new job, I was worried about finding someone in this remote area to care for my four-legged (except or Coco bird) family that I could trust when I had to be out of town for business. I am very particular about the care my animals receive and they all need something different. I wondered how I would ever find one person who could take care of them all, And who would stay overnight at my house so the dogs and bird would not have to be boared off my proberty.

Some of the special care my animals need requires medication and other specific nutritional knowledge. Coco only has one good leg. He broke his leg at a young age and when it healed there wa nerve damage. So he hobbles around on his good leg and uses his beak to pull himself up and down inside his cage. He's a picky eater and not fat as birds go. so he gets a special mix of seeds, a scrambled egg every morning, mixed with organic bird food mash and fresh fruit cut up into very small bites on top of it all so he can eat it easily.

Of the two Dane brothers, Leo, my Harlequin, has food allergies, that if not kept a close handle on, causes him to break out in painful skin rashes. The rashes can get so bad that Leo has to be put on antiobiotics to control them. Stress can also cause this for him. Though careful management of his diet, and plenty of exercise he now does quite well in desert life. Dana has learned his food regiment so that when I travel, its just like I'm still here. Dana takes good care of Leo's diet and stress level, as well as the bird's special needs.

Then there's Haunz, the other Dana brother, who is a very sensitive dog and misses me terribly when I leave. So does Rocky, the mini-aussie, yet when Dana takes care of them, whether I'm gone for onenite or for a week, I come home to calm, well loved dogs while I've been gone. They are happy to see me, but not frantic for lack of attention while I was away.

There have also been times when I've asked Dana to feed my horses their lunch meal and to make sure they have enough water in the summer time when it's especially hot out. My older horse has Cushing disease, so it's very important for him to have the right food and plenty of water. Dana has done this well, and has also given my horses the same loving attention that she gives to my dogs and bird.

"Loving Hearts Pet Sitting" is well named and is EXACTLY what your animal gets under Dana's exceptional care. My animals are my family and I would never leave them alone with someone I could not trust 100%. Dana has exceeded my expecations with her care of my animal family and it shows in spades when she comes over to visit they run to meet her at the gate when she arrives, with wagging tails swinging so hard, big dog butts are swaying like a strong China Lake breeze. And the little dog rescued from a life in a crate the first year of his life, not taking to most strangers at all, was in Dana's lap within the first 20 minutes of meeting her for the very first time.

I hope that Dana and her business are available to all of us for many years t come. I don't know what I'd do without her.

with a grateful heart, thank you Dana for all that you are!
